Soulstone Survivors
A 3D action roguelite with the deepest build system in the survivor-like genre — and almost no explanation of it. The powers you are offered depend on what you already picked, which turns level-ups from a slot machine into a planning problem once you know the rule.

Soulstone Survivors Beginner Guide — What to Do First
Soulstone Survivors hands you five maps, twenty-three characters, seven curse tiers and 373 skills, and explains almost none of it. The first hours go badly for most people not because the combat is hard but because the priorities are invisible. This guide puts them in order: what to spend Soulstones on, which map to stay on, what the red and yellow portals are for, and the one habit that makes everything after hour three easier.
guideSoulstone Survivors Best Builds — The Synergy Rules, Ranked
Soulstone Survivors does not tell you its most important rule: the powers offered to you at each level-up are filtered by what you already have. One source of Burn unlocks a chance to apply it on hit, two unlock it on crit, and three unlock the powers that raise its damage and tick rate. That is why picking the best-looking card every level produces a weak run. This guide ranks the three archetypes that work, then explains the thresholds and the two synergy chains.
guideSoulstone Survivors Tier List — All 23 Characters Ranked
Soulstone Survivors gives every character a stat line and five Main Skill Types, and the second of those matters far more than the first. Your skill pool is filtered by those types, and the game's strongest powers only appear once you hold two or three sources of the same effect. So the characters that pull ahead are the ones whose five types point at one identity. This list ranks all 23 on that basis, explains where each unlock sits, and says plainly which ones are traps for a new account.
guideSoulstone Survivors Curses — Which Tiers to Turn On First
Curses look like a difficulty slider and behave like nothing of the sort. Each of the seven tiers is a named package, the packages overlap, and the two that end runs — Pillars of Protection and Ethereal Lords — are not the highest-numbered ones. This guide ranks the tiers by how much they actually cost you, explains the per-point scaling underneath them, and gives the order to turn them on if you are chasing the character unlocks that sit behind specific tiers.
Overview
What's the Game?
A 3D action roguelite with the deepest build system in the survivor-like genre — and almost no explanation of it. The powers you are offered depend on what you already picked, which turns level-ups from a slot machine into a planning problem once you know the rule.
Conditional powers
one source of an effect unlocks apply-on-hit, two unlock apply-on-crit and the next chain link, three unlock damage and tick-rate increases. The game never states this.
Characters are skill pools
23 of them, each with five Main Skill Types that filter which of the 373 active skills can be offered to you at all.
Five game modes
Void Fields, Overlord, Endless, Titan Hunt and the Unholy Cathedral, not one loop with difficulty sliders.
Speed, not survival
a match is five sequences rather than a timer, and finishing under 13 or 15 minutes is what opens the two extra modes.
Seven curse tiers
named packages rather than a slider, where tier V is harder than tier VII because it weakens you instead of strengthening enemies.
Honest caveats
the best systems are undocumented, and the first several hours are decided by the Skill Tree more than by your play.
